OPEN DAY – 13TH NOVEMBER – 9AM-4PM PILATES, YOGA, MINDFULNESS & MORE…

Come and experience what the The Mill has to offer.  A day of Pilates, Yoga, Mindfulness & more.  Pilates Body Studio and Ananda Wellness look forward to welcoming you.

£10 per ticket includes access to all classes.  Book and pay for the event and classes via the Pilates Body Studio App which can be downloaded via Apple Store or Google Play.

Choose up to five classes

11.30 – 12.15pm Vinyasa Yoga

12-1pm Swiss Ball Pilates

1.15-2 pm Hatha Yoga

1.30-2 pm Breath Work

2-2.45 pm Yoga Somatics

2-2.45 pm Foam Roller Pilates

3-4 pm Yin Yoga

3-4 pm Restorative Pilates

Between 11.30-1.30 Taster session and demonstrations will be carried out on the Pilates Machines.

20 minute taster sessions in Massage, Acupuncture, KORE Therapy and Breathwork
