Join us for a Restorative sound bath Evening ! 🤍

In this fast-paced modern world, it’s never been more important to make time for self-care in order to maintain a healthy, balanced state. Considering that sound positively impacts our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, it’s arguably one of the easiest and most effective holistic treatments available. Under calming candlelight, this carefully curated event will take you on not just an acoustic journey but an inward journey as well by allowing time to reconnect with yourself and shifting any stuck energy inside, leaving you feeling lighter and more balanced. A variety of instruments are used including the crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, Tibetan bowls and the melodic Rav Vast, each of which produce their own unique vibration evoking different healing responses. There will also be time at the end for reflection and an opportunity to play any instruments you feel drawn to.
