I love everything about Pilates Body Studio! I came with a back problem but have benefited so much more from attending, health wise, posture, mentally and have met a lovely bunch of friends.
I love the hands on approach that the team has as I know that if I am doing something wrong I will be corrected and learn the correct technique.
We also have fun which I feel is important too!
I thoroughly enjoy the classes and 121 sessions I have attended – the teaching is excellent and I always come away feeling stronger and more relaxed.
The matwork classes give me an hour of mental relaxation, whilst generating controlled physical exertion, just what I need after a long day at work!
The classes have also helped me understand how to manage the tension in my neck and shoulders, as well as helping ease my lower back trouble
I enjoy the small classes which enables the instructor to view what everyone is doing and correct anything being done incorrectly. The atmosphere is very friendly and easy going with a good flexibility to change classes if the need arises.
There is never any pressure to progress each exercise beyond what you feel you are capable of doing in that particular lesson. We are asked each week how we are and if anything is causing us problems and if so the exercises can be modifies to allow for this.
Pilates at Pilates Body Studio is excellent!
After each session I feel so much better in mind and body. The instructors are all excellent, even though you are in a class your own needs are met and treated as an individual.
If I had more time I would certainly do pilates more than once a week!
So pleased that I found these classes as I am really enjoying them. I have been pleasantly surprised that I actually can feel the next day the benefits without exerting myself too much!
