Autopay and contract terms

Terms & Conditions of  Autopay STUDIO SESSIONS

Studio Session Passes are Valid for 28 Days.
• Rolling payments every four weeks are automated and continue indefinitely until cancelled.
• Cancellation should be given by email to   info@pilatesbodystudio.co.uk with 28 days’ notice prior to your next payment date confirming the reason for cancellation.
• The pass activates on day of purchase and is valid for the same class weekly. Classes cannot be missed or carried over.
• There is a two month minimum subscription period.
• Pass is valid for use by named pass holder only.
• Not eligible for refund or transfer.
• Pilates Body Studio reserves the right to make changes to our timetable which includes a reduced timetable during holidays, cancelled classes, time changes, substitute teachers and holiday closures.
• By purchasing this pass you agree to the above Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions of Reformer Class Pass

• All Reformer Class Passes are not transferrable or refundable.
• We require 24hour cancellation.  
• Once purchased classes cannot be carried over outside the expiry date of the pass.
•  Booking is done via the client using PBS app or website. 

5 Class Pass – Expires after 2 months

10 Class Pass – Expires after 3 months 

20 Class Pass  – Expires after 6 months 

40 Class Pass –  Expires after 12 months 

The passes are not transferrable or refundable once purchased and classes cannot be carried over if the pass has expired.  You will take control of your booking and cancelling of classes with the above passes.

Terms & Conditions of Standard MATWORK

• Passes are valid for 28 days.
• Classes can only be booked within the 28 day period.
• The pass activates on day of purchase and is valid for all regular mat found on our timetable excluding, workshops and courses.
• We are unable to guarantee that there will always be a space available in classes so pre-booking ALL classes online, by phone or at reception is recommended to secure your place.
• Pass is valid for use by named pass holder only.
• Not eligible for refund or transfer.
• We operate a strict 24-hour class cancellation policy for all of our classes. Failure to cancel within this period will result in losing a credit.
• Unused credits will be lost and not rolled over to the following month.
• It is not possible to extend the pass to allow for sickness, holidays or absences.
• Pilates Body Studio reserves the right to make changes to our timetable which includes a reduced timetable during holidays, cancelled classes, time changes, substitute teachers and holiday closures.
• By purchasing this pass you agree to the above Terms and Conditions.

1. – All products and services of Pilates Body Studio Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use.

You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

1. – Any unprotected E-Mail communication over the Internet is, as with communication via any other medium (e.g. cellular phones, post office mail), not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.

1. – No endorsement or approval of any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any Information.

Links/Software

1. – Links from or to web sites outside the Site are meant for convenience only. Pilates Body Studio Ltd. does not review, endorse, approve or control, and is not responsible for any sites linked from or to the Site, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products and services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk and Pilates Body Studio Ltd. will not be responsible or liable for any damages in connection with linking. Links to downloadable software sites are for convenience only and Pilates Body Studio Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any difficulties or consequences associated with downloading the software. Use of any downloaded software is governed by the terms of the license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is provided with the software.

Payment for Products & Services

1. – All Credit Cards will be processed in Pounds Sterling at the time of payment. Pilates Body Studio Ltd. is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

All our services, workshops and events are Non-transferable and non-refundable

Private Training

1. – If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different instructor. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
2. – Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are forfeited.
3. – If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session.
4. – If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received.

Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner.

Products

• Fitness Equipment and Accessories

1. – May be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged.
2. – Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange.

Some products may need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer. This will be stated on the product package or instruction insert. Should you be unsure if this is the case, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds.

Refunds are only available when an equivalent replacement is unavailable and the customer does not wish to exchange for another product

Digital Products (Audio, Video, E-Book downloads)

1. – These products are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. – Should your file be defective or damaged upon arrival please contact Pilates Body Studio Ltd where you purchased the product and we will arrange for a copy of the file to be re-sent.
3. – Should you be dissatisfied with the quality or content of the file, we would be happy to hear your feedback. Please contact the appropriate division of the company.
