All our instructors are highly qualified in Pilates/Yoga. They all have a passion to learn and keep up to date in their industry, along with in house training we also offer regular Teacher Only classes and courses for local teachers to come and learn from us.

Price: £20 per session or Book 2 or more for £18 each.

Payment is due in advance and we operate a 48 hour Cancellation Policy.

Late cancellation is charged in full.

These classes are for TEACHERS ONLY who are fit and well, it is not suitable for anyone with injuries or pain.
