Wellness Weekend Retreat



Friday 10th July – Sunday 12th July 2020

£425pp Single Room

In order to secure your space on this weekend we require £100 deposit. The remaining balance will be due in May 2020. We will also need to know if you would like a single room or who you would like to share a room with. All meals are vegetarian. If you would like to add meat to your meals a £5 extra charge per meal will be required and we will need to know in advance.

What’s included?

Dinner on Friday evening, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday as well as drinks/fruit snacks. Pilates/Yogalates/Qi Gong classes, meditation, relaxation and mindful activities.

Weekend Itinerary:

Friday 10th July 2020

Arrive from 5.00 pm

Dinner 7.00-7.30 pm

Candlelight Pilates 8-9.30 pm

Gentle Restorative Pilates class with Genine to ease your stresses from the week away and bring you into the present moment to enjoy the weekend ahead, followed by a guided meditation with Lisa including hands on head/foot massage by Genine during the meditation.

Saturday 11th July 2020

7.00-7.45 am Wake up and Stretch Yogalates with Genine – Let’s get moving and stretching to start the day as we awaken our senses with sun salutations and Pilates core movements. A cardio element will be applied to this class but lower level options will be given.

8.00-9.00- Breakfast

9.30 – 12.00 – Mindful Walk with Lisa

1.00-2.00 pm Lunch

2.00-4.00 pm Mindful Activities and Meditation

5.00-6.00 pm Spiky Ball Sensation Movement Class with Genine – Using the balls to release unwanted tension within the body to ease your way back to sound movement patterns.

7.00-7.30 pm Dinner

8.00- late – Bonfire, Dance, Drinks and Music

Sunday 12th July 2020

7.00-8.00 am Qi Gong with Suzanne – This Qi Gong session will introduce you to this incredible and ancient Chinese movement form which both re-balances your physical body and quietens the mind. Tapping into our energy system to create healing while energising your body.

8.00-9.00 am Breakfast

10.00-12.00 pm Mindful Walk

1.00-2.00 pm Lunch

2.30 – 3.30 pm Mindful Activity

4.00-5.00 pm Meditation/Spacemask Pilates

The above itinerary is subject to change due to weather. This is your weekend to enjoy, the classes and walks are there for you to enjoy but there is no obligation to attend everything. If you want to relax and read or go for your own walk you will be very welcome to do so. The above itinerary is all included in the price. We are hoping to have a massage therapist with us on the Saturday, booking of treatments will be an additional cost. We will keep you posted on the cost of treatments
